The Firm is founded by Vishal who has around 16 years of experience in tax, accounting and M&A and transactions across a variety of sectors including Financial services, Technology Media & Telecom and Infrastructure & Power Sector.
Prior to founding MNA Capital Advisors LLP in 2015, Vishal worked with the Reliance Group since its inception in 2005 across tax, accounting and M&A structures. His latest role was as the Head - Mergers & Acquisition & Strategy at Reliance Capital Limited (RCAP), the financial arm of the Reliance Group. He was also inducted in the Leadership Committee of RCAP as part of accelerated management development program. He was instrumental in the JVs with Nippon Life Insurance (Japan), Sumitomo Mitsui Trust & Bank (Japan), Ming Yang Group (China) and various other transactions in the Financial services, telecom media & technology & Infra space. Prior to Reliance, Vishal worked for about 4 years in the transaction advisory practice of Ambit RSM, where he worked on several transactions for both domestic & overseas acquisition for reputed conglomerates assisting on complex structures, cross border deals, valuations, diligences and implementations.
Vishal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary. He is a state government merit scholarship student with graduation from the N.M College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai (1999) with vocational training in tax practice and procedures.
The Firm has carefully identified and selected talent comprising a mix of accountants, lawyers and secretarial professionals that have the ability to handle and support complex transactions. The Firm also has a strong and established network with bankers, lawyers, accounting firms and industry professionals both in India and across key jurisdictions.
Nirali Patel is a Company Secretary and a legal professional and has graduated from Mithibai College. Nirali has done her internship with Reliance Capital. She has strong working knowledge in Corporate and NBFC Laws. Nirali works with clients in incorporation of entities, compliances support, corporate restructuring including court / NCLT process, secretarial due diligences and winding up of companies.
Lesha Shah is a Chartered Accountant and has graduated from NM College of Commerce & Economics. Lesha has been with the firm since the past 2 years and has worked across corporate finance and tax matters. Lesha works with clients for preparation of business plans, valuation reports, due diligences, tax compliance, corporate restructuring including court / NCLT process, and project management.
